• All repairs come with a 90 days warranty.

• If you have any issues with functionality within 90 days of your repair, bring it and we will try to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Only parts replaced by our technicians are covered for warranty, not complete device.

• Proof of purchase is required for any kind of refund, return or exchange.

• We know all too well that accidents happen. Unfortunately the warranty does not cover accidental damage if you break the device again, it is not covered by the Express Gadget Repair warranty.

• When repairing devices we may have to make minor cosmetic changes (bend out corners, file sharp edges, etc. These cosmetic differences are not covered by the warranty.

• If the housing of your device is badly damaged, we will advise that there is more risk to it breaking again, and we may not offer a warranty.

• Water damage repair will not be covered under warranty.

• Replacement parts used for repairs are the best OEM quality third party parts.

• Internal parts of the phone can’t be seen unless the phone is opened for repair. If any parts inside the phone are damaged before or missing in the phone will not be the responsibility of the Express Gadget Repair.

• Please ensure that you have saved your data before repair as Express Gadget Repair cannot accept responsibility for any data lost on your device during the repair process.

• After the repair is done on the device it will not remain waterproof.

• If you wish to keep your original/ faulty parts please advise us before we perform repair on the device.

• Battery warranty is just for it to work, not to what extent it lasts. All rechargeable batteries have a limited lifespan and may eventually need to be recycled. Your own battery’s lifespan will vary depending on how you use your device as well as the settings you choose for it.

• If you do not collect your device within 40 days of repair, Express Gadget Repair holds the right to dispose of your device.

• All sales are considered final, Express Gadget Repair will gladly exchange if product is unopened in original condition with a receipt within 15 days will not issue a refund unless replacement is not available, store credits may be issued as an alternative for returns.

• We do not provide any sort of warranty on Glass Screen Protectors & cases.
